The Senior Business Development Executive will introduce and promote QCS Staffing to potential industry specific clients in a professional manner. In particular, they will continuously seek for the appropriate authorisations to supply contract staff to the client sites, optimising ways of achieving the company goals.

Senior Business Development Executive responsibilities include:
  • Drive growth and develop the specified industries for QCS Staffing across North America.
  • 360 mentality - responsible for both client and candidate development / generation
  • Achieve consistent and rising revenue generation within the specified industries of Bio-tech / Pharmaceutical / Cell & Gene Therapy
  • Develop your specified industry sector, selling QCS Staffing's services and establishing yourself as leader in your field.
  • Drive the development of new clients within your target industry, by agreeing exclusive and contingent working agreements, establishing terms of business with Bio-tech / Pharmaceutical / Cell & Gene Therapy companies.
  • Using investigative and marketing work for the generation of new sales leads.  It is expected this highly skilled individual will coach internal colleagues in such techniques.
  • Expand your network through face to face meetings with Clients & Candidates.  Attend industry events and conferences.
  • Build talent-pools of candidate resumes and establish yourself within your target industry
