What you'll do:

• Source suitable candidates within the Biotech and Cell & Gene Therapy industry for live requirements 
• Headhunt and ‘network’ in a positive manner, delivering a network of referrals and previously placed candidates 
• Host monthly candidate networking evenings 
• Join internal Business Development Executives on site visits to provide expert technical knowledge. and assist in preparation, delivery and follow up activities.

What you'll need:

• Previous recruitment experience
