Starting your career doesn’t have to mean choosing between education and experience. At QCS Staffing, our apprenticeship programme gives you the chance to do both.
We’ve partnered with the University of Hertfordshire to offer a structured Business and Management Degree Apprenticeship, designed for people who want to earn while they learn. Over three years, you’ll work towards a BA (Hons) in Business and Management and a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership, all while gaining hands-on experience in a real business environment.
As an apprentice at QCS, you’ll spend 80% of your time working within the business and 20% studying. You’ll be part of a supportive team, learning from experienced professionals and applying your knowledge in real time.
