Streamlining Contractor Payments with Self Bill & InTime

At QCS Staffing, we’re always looking for ways to make life easier for our contractors. That’s why we’ve introduced two powerful tools to simplify the way timesheets and invoices are handled: Self Bill and InTime.

What is Self Bill?

Self Bill is a hassle-free invoicing solution that allows QCS Staffing to generate invoices on behalf of our contractors. Once a timesheet is approved, we create the invoice and send both the payment and a copy of the invoice directly to the contractor. This means:

• No need to submit invoices manually.
• Faster payments.
• Fewer admin tasks and queries.

If you’re working through an umbrella company, we’ll send the Self Bill agreement directly to them—just let us know.

What is InTime?

InTime is our online timesheet and expense management system. It’s designed to make submitting and tracking your work as simple and efficient as possible. With InTime, you can:

• Submit timesheets and expenses via smartphone, tablet, or PC.
• Receive digital approvals—no more paper timesheets.
• Track payment status and view past invoices and remittances.
• Access everything you need for account filing and tax returns.

It’s user-friendly, transparent, and built to save you time.

Why It Matters
