We have an amazing opportunity for an Account Manager to join our team in our US office!

What you’ll do:
  • Lead and manage relationships across designated accounts
  • Develop new relationships within designated accounts with a view to generating additional revenue and placement opportunities.
  • Terms of business, contract and rate negotiation
  • Hosting networking events
  • Manage the full lifecycle of a recruitment process
  • Develop annual forecast and budget plans for each account
What you’ll need:
  • Industry experience with Life Science recruitment/contract staffing is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to commit to the organization’s mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day-to-day work and goal achievement.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging clients and candidates, persuading potential clients and candidates to consider a new contract/agreement.
  • Efficiently handle contract extensions and identify gaps with clients where additional services could be introduced.
  • Ability to show initiative by taking proactive steps and being self-motivated to start tasks or projects.
