What you’ll do:
- Be the primary individual to answer any incoming calls as well Outlook mailbox monitoring
- Database Administration: Maintaining and updating candidate and client information on the company’s database, ensuring accuracy.
- Initiating & managing the Contractor Welcome & Finisher process.
- Work with the marketing team to stock and manage QCS inventory.
- Organize off-site meetings and training venues bookings as well as networking events.
- Carry out the weekly floor walks to ensure the facilities are fit for purpose
- As well as, some Candidate Care, Compliance and Accounts and Marketing
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience working within an office administration and support role
- Experience working in a client-facing environment is preferred.
- Thorough attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask to manage conflicting tasks and schedules.
- Ability to make clear and effective decisions quickly and confidently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
