An exciting opportunity has opened for a Head of HR UK to join our rapidly expanding team in our UK office!

What you’ll do:
- Lead the day-to-day HR function across the UK business.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex employee relations matters.
- Partner with leaders across the organisation to provide commercially focused HR guidance and support.
- Lead, coach and develop the HR team.
- Support organisational change, business transformation and workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes, systems and service delivery.
- Use people data and insights to support decision making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
What you’ll need:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent.
- Significant HR generalist experience gained within a senior HR leadership position.
- Proven experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Strong employee relations expertise, including managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
- Experience leading organisational change, restructures or transformation initiatives.
