We have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our team in our UK office!

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and implement the global Talent Acquisition strategy in line with the company's short, medium and long-term growth plans.
  • Hold accountability for the successful delivery of all internal hiring requirements across the business.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team, build and maintain a high-performance culture, setting clear expectations and addressing underperformance where required.
  • Work closely with the People & Culture, Learning & Development and Marketing teams to support wider people initiatives.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex hiring challenges.
  • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes, systems and technologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
What you’ll need:
  • Significant Talent Acquisition leadership experience within a recruitment agency, staffing or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams delivering outbound activity.
  • Track record of delivering recruitment strategies across multiple countries or regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets, reporting and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical capability and ability to utilise data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
