Back Where It All Began: Welcome to Castle Chambers

We’re excited to officially open the doors to Castle Chambers, our brand new meeting and training space in the heart of Berkhamsted. Just a short walk from QCS Staffing HQ, this new office gives us the room we need to support a growing team, run impactful training sessions and create space as we continue to scale the business.

But this isn’t just another office opening.

Back in 1999, QCS Staffing first set up home in Castle Chambers. It’s where the foundations of the business were laid, where lessons were learned and where both David and Spencer began their own journeys with the company, back when we were still known as Quanta Consultancy Services.

As the business grew, we moved on in 2014. Then, around 15 months ago, the opportunity arose to bring QCS back to where it all started. It felt too perfect not to pursue. Twelve months later, after a project fittingly named Back to the Future, we’re proud to be back, looking firmly ahead.

Castle Chambers has been created with one clear purpose: to support growth. With dedicated meeting rooms and training spaces, it allows us to invest even further in learning, collaboration and career development, while easing pressure on our HQ as our teams continue to expand.

We were honoured to have Berkhamsted’s Town Mayor Susan Jordan officially open Castle Chambers. In her speech, she celebrated QCS Staffing’s long‑standing connection with Berkhamsted and recognised the company as the town’s third largest employer, highlighting our continued investment in people, skills and the local community.

Returning to Castle Chambers is a true full‑circle moment for QCS Staffing. A nod to where we began and a clear statement of where we’re going next.
