What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage relationships across designated accounts
• Develop new relationships within designated accounts with a view to generating additional revenue and placement opportunities
• Negotiate rate proposals for placement
• Negotiate rate increases and terms of business
• Manage the full lifecycle of a recruitment process

What you’ll need:

• Industry experience with Life Science recruitment/contract staffing experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
• Ability to commit to the organization’s mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day-to-day work and goal achievement.
• Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging clients and candidates, persuading potential clients and candidates to consider a new contract/agreement.
