Business Development Executive - Raleigh, North Carolina - Uncapped Commission 

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Business Development Executive to join our rapidly expanding US team in Raleigh.

What you’ll do:
  • Drive growth and develop the specified industries for QCS Staffing across North America.
  • Develop your specified industry sector, selling QCS Staffing services and establishing yourself as leader in your field.
  • Develop new client business relationships through the negotiation of exclusive and contingent working agreements and by establishing terms of business with companies in the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Cell and Gene Therapy industries.
  • Works independently or with a Recruiter to conduct searches of the Company’s database and contact suitable candidates to discuss potential contract opportunities.
What you’ll need:
  • Industry experience with Life Science recruitment/contract staffing experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office products is preferred.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging clients and candidates, persuading potential clients and candidates to consider a new contract/agreement.
