We're growing fast, expanding across the UK, US and Europe, and we need a Senior Sales Manager who wants to build something rather than manage something.
This isn't a caretaker role. You'll be given real commercial ownership: clear targets and the trust to shape how you get there with a team you can genuinely shape.
What you'll actually be doing
- Owning new business development and growing key client relationships across Life Sciences or Data Centre
- Building and executing sales strategy with real autonomy, not just delivering someone else's plan
- Leading and coaching a team of multiple experienced consultants, with the scope to hire and develop as you grow it
- Reporting into and working closely with our Associate Directors of Sales to shape commercial direction
- Setting the tone for a culture where results and people development both matter
- A track record leading a sales or BD team that consistently deliver against targets
- Skilled at building relationships that turn into new business
- The commercial instinct to spot an opportunity and know how to develop it
- A coaching mindset, you want your team to succeed as much as you want to
