What you’ll do:
  • Be the primary individual to answer any incoming calls as well Outlook mailbox monitoring
  • Database Administration: Maintaining and updating candidate and client information on the company’s database, ensuring accuracy.
  • Initiating & managing the Contractor Welcome & Finisher process.
  • Work with the marketing team to stock and manage QCS inventory.
  • Organize off-site meetings and training venues bookings as well as networking events.
  • Carry out the weekly floor walks to ensure the facilities are fit for purpose
  • As well as, some Candidate Care, Compliance and Accounts and Marketing
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience working within an office administration and support role
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment is preferred.
  • Thorough attention to detail and accuracy when completing tasks
  • Advanced organizational skills and the ability to multitask to manage conflicting tasks and schedules.
  • Ability to make clear and effective decisions quickly and confidently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
