Recruiter Responsibilities and Requirements:

• The Internal Recruiter will be reporting into our Talent Acquisition Manager and responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for candidates and working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
• You will be qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable job opportunities, being able to embody the brand and gain candidate commitment
• Ensure all data and candidates records are up to date on our company’s CRM system including obtaining recent resume’s
• Coordinate and host internal / external interviews
• Manage the candidate on-boarding process
• Competitor identification and mapping
• Focus on direct recruitment across all business areas
• Targeting both the active and passive markets to contact suitable candidates to discuss opportunities
