My experience within the recruitment sector and staffing firm started since 2005 working within pharmaceuticals, engineering, renewable energy, Oil & Gas; Life Sciences, Data Centres and IT; banking with a proven successful track record in leading and managing the legal functions business operations, international office set ups, licences; international contracts & compliance as well as legislative tax matters.
My role as Associate Director of Legal & Compliance at QCS Staffing is to ensure the Legal and Compliance team are working coherently to deliver the day-to-day business requirements regarding any contractual and legislations; whilst also making sure we abide by our service level agreements deadlines both within our business as well as with our clients, contractors, suppliers, and any additional stakeholders concerned. In addition; I work in partnership with other head of departments to consistently looking to assess our processes and align accordingly in order to be enablers and facilitators within our core area of tasks and responsibilities. Our focus is to provide a 100% excellent; dedicated and tailored service to our global pool of Clients and Stakeholders whist being mindful of the importance of our role with mitigating legal and compliance risks.
Away from my legal world, my daughter keeps me quite active aside from my passion for running . Being Mauritian by birth, I love the sun; sand and sea!
