As a Senior Business Development Lead within the Life Sciences division, my primary focus is on developing and strengthening partnerships across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and advanced therapies sectors. With over 8 years of recruitment experience, I have supported clients across a range of industries including Renewables, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure, delivering both contract and permanent talent solutions on major projects throughout the UK, Europe and Asia. My role at QCS Staffing is centred around understanding client challenges, building long-term relationships and connecting organisations with the specialist talent needed to drive life-changing innovations forward.

Outside of work, I am a keen sports fan, particularly football, and an avid Chelsea supporter. You will usually find me following the highs and lows of the Blues throughout the season and keeping up with a wide range of other sporting events whenever I can.
