I am a hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with expertise in business development, learning & development and operations within the technical services and staffing industries. Through strategic foresight, drive, and determination, I along with my co-CEO Spencer Trigg have built a strong foundation for their award winning and successful multi-million-pound company, who are the global leaders in delivering staffing services to the Life Sciences, Data Centre and Heavy Lift industries.
I started my career in the recruitment industry in 1999 and joined QCS Staffing in 2001. With a background in the provision of contract recruitment services within the Life Sciences sector, I possess expert industry knowledge of the sector across the globe.
Since 2007, I have been a Director at QCS Staffing and have been responsible for creating a culture of investing in all colleagues futures through the introduction of a training & development programme across the entire business; I created the promotional / career programme for the sales and delivery business units and most importantly have played a lead role in creating a ‘One Team’ culture across QCS Staffing.
Outside of QCS Staffing, I have a passion for sport, in particular football and rugby spending time with my family & friends, along with being a dedicated father of two children.
