What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage relationships across designated accounts
- Develop new relationships within designated accounts with a view to generating additional revenue and placement opportunities.
- Terms of business, contract and rate negotiation
- Hosting networking events
- Manage the full lifecycle of a recruitment process
- Develop annual forecast and budget plans for each account
What you’ll need:
- Industry experience with Life Science recruitment/contract staffing is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commit to the organization’s mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day-to-day work and goal achievement.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with a specific focus on building relationships, establishing rapport, engaging clients and candidates, persuading potential clients and candidates to consider a new contract/agreement.
- Efficiently handle contract extensions and identify gaps with clients where additional services could be introduced.
- Ability to show initiative by taking proactive steps and being self-motivated to start tasks or projects.
