What you'll do: 

• Liaise with our Delivery Manager to ensure your team is working on the right roles for the business
• Source and qualify candidates for our live vacancies across our 4 global industries, working closely with the business winning team.
• Set weekly/monthly objectives for your team  
• Complete monthly performance reviews
• Support and advise the individuals in your team to help their career progression

What you'll need:

• Excellent active listening and communication skills
• Previous managerial experience in the recruitment industry
• Experience in staff training and onboarding experience
• Previous exposure to capability management and staff support for under-performers
• Life Sciences, Data & IT or Renewable Energy contract staffing experience (preferred)
