We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Compliance Executive to join our team in our UK office!

What you’ll do:

• Identify compliant and commercially viable contractor engagement solutions in new regions.
• Monitor and advise on employment, tax, and immigration law changes affecting company operations.
• Stay informed on key legislation (e.g., AWR, IR35, Opt Out, cross-border rules, A1, Limosa, FLSA, AUG).
• Audit payroll and EOR partners to ensure full compliance.
• Conduct internal and support external audits; escalate non-compliance issues.

What you’ll need:

• Experience in recruitment compliance in the UK, USA and 1-3 European jurisdictions.
• Proven knowledge of international contractor engagement solutions (employed, independent contractor, etc).
• Strong commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach to compliance problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with contractors, suppliers and work colleagues.
